TK-75 is the new ballistic material we developed effectively at the latest time, it is mostly use for press and manufacture the insert plate and bullet-proof helmet.Its face density is 75g/sqm, its width is 95cm, length 200m per roll, weights 14.2 kgs/roll.
1.To press and produce the flat plate for manufacture the bulletproof-box, weights 5.2kgs/sqm,it can well prevent the bullet of 7.62mm (lead core)powered by 54-pistol, VS 420-450m/s, can meet the standards of American NIJ0101.04 Level III as well;
2.To manufacture helmet with TK-75, weights 850g/pc, V50 overed or the same as 630m/s, up to the standards of Usage and Police Standards(GA293-2001), can meet the standards of American NIJ0101.04 Level III as well;
3.To manufacture the insert bullet-proof plate with TK-75, weights 25kg/sqm, can can meet the standards of American NIJ0101.04 Level III (velocity:838m/s, 7.62mm NATO M80 bullet) |
